Use of Content

• Travel stories are user-submitted and reflect the views of their authors.
  
  

• TravelShorts may edit, publish, print, distribute, and adapt stories (including in future media projects).
  
  

• Authors retain copyright but grant TravelShorts a worldwide, royalty-free license to use their stories for promotional and creative purposes. In case of film production by TravelShorts, authors will receive royalties.
  
  

Disclaimer

• TravelShorts is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or outcome of following advice in any story.
  
  

• Hostels distributing TravelShorts materials are not responsible for story content.
  
  

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
  
  

• Misuse the platform or its materials.
  
  

Limitation of Liability

TravelShorts is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages arising from the use of content or participation in the project.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium (or adjust to your jurisdiction).
